Procedures&solutions 1.BGV Issue
Some People have got all procedure mails for onboarding and at last they haven’t got OB pass and meeting link. Those people who haven’t got both OB pass and meeting link for joining mostly they deal with Background verification issue. People with this issue will get your first day is in progress in your portal. OnBoarding pass is valid only on DOJ. This may rise if you haven’t accepted offer letter. And if you not accept offer letter after many mails, then your offer can be revoked or cancelled. This may rise if you have not finished given task on your portal on time. This may also lead to cancel of offer letter. 2.Documents Issue
A mail regarding document submission will be given to you. If they have not received all your required documents on time, then you will be not onboarded on your DOJ. People with this issue will get your first day is completed in your portal. OnBoarding pass is valid only on DOJ. This occurs when you send your documents to concerned people by changing the subject of the mail on time or if you have missed any documents or named the documents in correctly. Before replying for any mail, read it twice to get clear what to do next. 3.Techinical Issue
If you do all the stuffs on time and still not yet onboarded, then there may be technical issues. You may get Improper response or display on your portal. 4.Photo Rejection Issue
If you get photo rejection mail, then re-upload the photo ASAP. If you not upload photo on time, then that will affect your onboarding process. There are some Conditions For Photo Approval Photograph should be taken in formal wear, with employee facing the camera in such a way that their face is clear and both ears are visible.
Background for the photograph should be “Dark Grey”. Photograph should be a recent one, taken within last three months
Photograph should be in .jpg, .gif, .png, or .bmp format. Photograph size should be of 40 mm X 38 mm (vertical X horizontal). Photograph where the employee is wearing sunglasses/spectacles with tinted glasses shall be rejected. Please use plain spectacles when taking a photograph. 6. Name Mismatch
This occurs when your name that is given on your application or portal is not as same as from your documents or your name given on application that you attended their interview or selection process. You will get a Mail regarding that so you have to give the correct name ASAP on stipulated time. 7.Fake Documents
If you upload fake documents or stuffs that doesn’t belong to you, then your offer letter may be revoked or cancelled. There will be document verification process before your joining. 7. Backlog Issue
If you have Backlog, then you will not be onboarded. After clearing it, you can get a revised DOJ within stipulated time. Candidates with backlogs mostly not allowed to attend intern or joining on DOJ. What to do if I have any of this issue?
1.Raise a query in c2c portal.
2.If not rise query by clicking login option, then there unable to login option in it. 3.Raise a query by using a toll-free contact number. There may be specific contact number of specified locations.
4.If you have not got DOJ mail yet don’t panic, you will be called according to business requirement. 5.You can get revised DOJ in a week or month or few months.
6.Your offer letter will not be cancelled until unless you have given fake documents or have done stuffs against rules and regulations.
7.Check portal regularly. 8.If you receive any mail which is irrespective or opposite to your activities, then contact through toll-free and raise a query immediately.
